The next Peace Circle will be held on Wednesday, July 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Second Congregational Church, 115 Hillside St. in Bennington. These circles are offered on a sliding scale of $15-25/person.

This month we will do a written exercise to bring awareness about living with more balance, we will learn how to become more grounded, discuss ways to slow down and receive tools to be able to choose a different response. Bring a pen and a journal or 2 large pieces of paper. Please email if you know you will be attending.
