NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Richmond Development Review Board (DRB) shall hold a public hearing in the Richmond Town Center meeting room at 203 Bridge Street on Wednesday, August 12, 2019 beginning at 7:00 PM to consider the following:

Public Hearing-

Robert & Sarah Thompson- Application 2019-073 for Conditional Use Approval for a proposed side setback modification at Parcel ID# TL0171, located at 171 Tilden Ave, Richmond, within the High Density Residential (HDR) Zoning District.

Other Business-
Approve minutes from June 12, 2019 DRB meeting.

Approve minutes from July 10, 2019 DRB meeting
