Native cultures the world over recognize the existence of benevolent entities attached to every human being. Appearing to us in animal form, power animals guide, help and protect individuals, lineages and nations. Once retrieved, they often become valuable allies, helping us deal with physical pain and emotional turmoil while assisting us in finding our highest purpose.
A shamanic journey is a 20 minute guided meditation to the beat of a buffalo drum. Participants need only bring an open mind and, if available, a yoga mat and a blindfold. Extras will be available.
