(Not so) famous local chefs, John and Barbie Koier will be creating food at the Underhill Country Store on Saturday, March 22 from 10:00 AM until Noon. Don’t miss this amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity!

There are at least two types of cooks in this world: one type uses recipes and actually follows them, the other one sees what’s on hand at the moment, throws all caution to the winds and makes something out of it. Here is your opportunity to hang out and participate with a couple of cooks who represent each of these styles of cooking.

We will be making Cheddar Ale Soup and Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. Few things deliver as much bang for the buck as these two beloved recipes. So good, that one can forget that spring has not sprung and the grass has not riz.
