Stefano Pinna from the Poultney Mettowee NRCD and guest speaker Ale Rellini will be hosting a workshop detailing raising pigs on pasture in Vermont. Topics covered will include; pastured pork behavior, pork production, soil management, pasture rotations, and the nutritional contribution of forage on pasture raised pigs.
