All are welcome at the Cookout and Auction at Craftsbury Community Care Center this Saturday, July 27 at noon. Come for a delicious meal of roasted pork and deep-fried turkey, various salads, home baked beans, homemade rolls, beverages, cookies, and Kingdom Creamery ice cream for $12 for adults, $5 for children 5-12 and free to the young ones. The event also features a silent auction, and starting at 12:45 an exciting live auction. The extraordinary items that will be offered by auctioneer Ron Wright include exceptional sports items: a Bruins jersey signed by Dave Backes, Celtics tickets and more, an antique applique quilt in mint condition and a wide variety of other treasures.
