What could be more fundamental to the human experience than eating and playing? The August 3 Popup Park in the green space behind the Hinesburg Police Station is your opportunity to do both. Come out that Saturday evening from 4-7pm to spice up your evening with tacos from Hinesburg's own Baba's Taco food truck. Then cool your palate with a creamy and free ice cream sundae with all the silly and sweet toppings.

Concerned about your caloric intake? Don't be - calories consumed in community spaces don't count. Plus, you'll be able to work off your dinner with yard games like cornhole, giant jenga, and frisbee. Still worried? Kick back in your lawn chair, and let your concerns drift away while listening to live music. Interested in more active play? Join the kids for fun games and silliness with The Big Blue Trunk. These activities and more are planned for the August 3 Popup Park. Plus... you get to register your opinion about what kind of park or green this space should become someday.
