Join neighbors, friends and community members on July 27th from 11 to 1 PM for the 2nd annual Guilford Community Picnic, held at the Guilford Center Village Natural Playscape! This free potluck will include food and fun games for the entire family.
The Guilford Recreation will provide beverages and the fixings for you to create your own sandwich. You are invited to bring an appetizer, salad, or dessert to contribute to the picnic.
The Playscape has access to the Broad Brook which is fun for youngsters to play in and cool off. In addition, there will be games including Badminton, horseshoes, corn hole, a giant slingshot, and a water rocket.
We hope you will come and enjoy an opportunity to explore the Playscape and socialize with your friends, neighbors and community members!
The Natural Playscape is located at 70 Carpenter Hill Rd. about a tenth of a mile past the Guilford Free Library. Parking is limited at the park, but there is more parking at the Andrew weeks trailhead, at the Library, and also at the Community Center on Guilford Center Rd.
