Flip the Vote / Swing Left Celebration at Queen City Brewery

Hey, Neighbors! The Eastern Field Director and the New England Organizing Coordinator for Swing Left will be joining us at Queen City Brewery event room next Thursday, July 18th, to celebrate what we've accomplished in 2018 and talk about what's in store for 2019 and 2020 electoral work.
Matt Caffrey and Susan Labandibar will join us to share what's going on in the rest of the Northeast and around the nation to expand on 2018 victories. Swing Left members from our regional will also be attending, so we can build some synergy for our work here in Chittenden County region!
Swing Left is a nationwide organization that works to strengthen and support grassroots groups to win back the White House, the Senate, and the state legislative races key to ending GOP gerrymandering. Flip the Vote has affiliated with Swing Left for help selecting and targeting the candidates and projects we undertake, and sharing strategies with other activists in the Northeast. For example, our recent efforts on voter registration are made possible by the work Swing Left is doing around the country to pinpoint where people like us, in Blue states, can best spend our efforts in Flipping the Vote.
We'll be meeting, as usual, in the Queen City Brewery event room, facing Pine St. Stop in back at the Brewery tap room and pick up a beer, cider, or fresh soda. Meet us up front for tasty Pizza44 bites, and some exciting conversations about building on 2018's victories.
