Johnson Death Cafe takes place the third Tuesday of every month. Our next one is coming right up -- Tuesday, July 16, 5:30 to 7. It is on the second floor of the Municipal Building, Rt 15, Johnson, Vermont.

We're all going to die someday. Perhaps very soon, you never know. How do we cope with the certainty of our own mortality? How do we best comfort people in their time of loss? What's the best funeral service you've been to? What happens after we die? At death cafe we can talk about these things. All kinds of topics about death are welcome, and everyone is welcome at Johnson Death Cafe.

The aim of our Death Cafe, like that of all others, is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives. All points of view are welcome at the community forum for sharing and listening. It is not a grief support group and there is no agenda or sales. Just an open, friendly venue for talking about something that is rarely discussed.
