Do you have chronic pain?

Research shows that pain neuroscience education and mindfulness-based practices can help to reduce pain and improve quality of life. Join us at the Dee PT clinic at 52 Farmall Drive for a free 3-part educational series to learn about pain science and the benefits of mindfulness. Dates are 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 5:30-7:30PM. Presented by UVM DPT faculty Donna Smith PT, DPT, GCS, Certified MBSR therapist, Denise Peters PT, DPT, PhD and Justine Dee PT, MS, OCS.

Course topics will include:
1. Evidence -based strategies for addressing chronic pain
2. The biology and physiology of pain
3. How mindfulness practice may change your relationship with pain and reduce pain intensity
