Past event
Jul 21, 2019, 5 to 6 PM

What makes up a meaningful life? David Brooks' new book explores four commitments that define a life of meaning and purpose: Vocation, Marriage, Philosophy/Faith, Community. Join with others for the next 5 Sunday evenings to talk about meaning, purpose, and living a fulfilling life. We'll meet this Sunday, July 21, 5-6pm (so we can get to the Common for the 6pm concert), at the East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church manse (1097 Ketchum Hill Road). This Sunday's discussion: The Two Mountains – Defining "A Meaningful Life." Subsequent Sundays are 6-8pm, with a light supper @ 6pm, discussion @ 6:45pm. (Schedule adjustments will be made when there's a concert on the Common.) Books are available at East Craftsbury Presbyterian Church (at the back of the Sanctuary) for $22.
