The Craftsbury Chamber Players will give the 2nd Concert of the 2019 season at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 at the Elley-Long Music Center, St. Michael's College (Fort Ethan Allen Campus). There will be a Pre-Concert Chat at 6:45 p.m. The Concert will include American Parlor and Art Songs for Baritone and Piano by Stephen Foster, John Alden Carpenter, Carrie Jacobs-Bond and Arthur Foote. Featured also in the evening's program are Charles Ives' Sonata No. 3 for violin and piano, Samuel Barber's Dover Beach for baritone and string quartet and Five Folksongs in Counterpoint for string quartet by Florence Price. Tickets are $25, $10 for students and free for children 12 and under. There is a free afternoon mini-concert for children at 4:00 p.m.
