Join us in learning about aromatic plant terpenes, organic compounds found in cannabis varieties with distinctive flavors and aromas, like citrus, pepper, and pine. Terpenes hold numerous medicinal benefits and play a key role in differentiating the effects of various cannabis strains. We will have a variety of single terpenes to smell, so you can get to know these compounds first hand!
Tomorrow's Guest Expert will be Lauren Andrews of our own AroMed in downtown Montpelier. Lauren is an RN, Clinical Aromatherapist and graduate of the University of Vermonts Cannabis Science and Medicine Certification Program. Lauren founded AroMed, maker of quality Vermont CBD synergistic medicinals and has 2 retail stores located in Montpelier and Berlin, Vermont with a 3rd store opening in Hanover, NH the summer of 2019.

Cannabis has been used to enhance women's health for centuries. Ellementa organizes Gatherings in over 50 cities connecting women to cannabis experts and brands. Learn about cannabis for health, wellness, self-care, and caregiving. These are non-consumption, educational monthly events for women/female-identified exclusively. We create welcoming spaces where women can come together to speak openly about cannabis wellness. At each monthly Ellementa Gathering, we'll explore different aspects of cannabis to empower you with knowledge. If we don't know the answers, we'll find them!
