The Greater Burlington YMCA is hosting a unique outdoor barre class on the upper deck of the Community Sailing Center overlooking Lake Champlain this Thursday, July 18th at 7am.
Sculpt long lean muscles throughout your whole body with special emphasis on your legs, glutes and core during this ballet-inspired workout. Improve posture, balance, flexibility and overall strength. Beautiful views, barre, pilates ball and resistance band provided. Bring your own yoga mat and water for hydration. Age 14+.
The cost for those who pre-register is $10 for Y members and $15 for community members. Register at https://bit.ly/2NKsFeJ. You can register day of, but please arrive early. Day of registration is $15 for everyone.
