I am a local Colchester artist who is hosting a second workshop this summer that will exercise our observational and mindfulness skills to truly see all the details nature and plants have to offer us. There are still spots available!

It will take place at the Horsford Gardens and Nursery in Charlotte, Vermont on Sunday August 11 from 1-4pm. This is about experiencing nature as it truly exists and attempting to shed ourselves of some preconceived notions. Through observation and instruction I will help you create your own mini drawing of a plant or flower of your choosing. Since there are so many plant options at the nursery, there will be plenty to choose from!

All levels and abilities are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the gardens with me! This is more about the experience and I will make sure I help you come away with something you are proud of.

All drawing materials (pen, pencil, sketchbook) and colored pencils will be supplied, but if you would like to use other materials you are welcome to bring them!
