Join your friends and neighbors on Wednesday, July 24 for the Kick-Off of the Dorset Tomorrow process. The program will begin with a series of forums and a free community dinner at The Dorset School on the evening of July 24. This event launches a process for residents to identify and advance priorities that improve economic opportunity and affordability and strengthen the community in the face of climate change. After the July Kick-Off the community will gather again in the following months to choose from a list of possible action ideas brainstormed by local residents, and then will form task forces to implement the chosen initiatives.

The schedule for the Kick-Off is as follows:
5:00 to 6:15 – Focus Forums on Working and Natural Lands and Energy Generation and Efficiency
6:15 to 7:15 – A free community meal. A main dish and drinks will be provided. You are welcome to bring a salad and/or desert if you are able.
7:15 to 8:30 - Focus Forums on Dorset Tomorrow and Improving Local Transportation Options
