Tai Chi at the Lake – The Castleton Community Center will host Tai Chi at the Lake on Wednesday, July 17 at 5:15.

The following forms will be practiced; Falls Prevention Tai Chi, Yang 24 and SUN 73. No experience necessary.

All are welcome to participate. Parking is at the north end of Crystal Beach.
