Plant Sit with Ash Baksi

This experiential encounter will be an opportunity to appreciate and cultivate a deep connection with the plants on the plants' terms. In sitting and tuning in to the plants with intention, we will aim to cultivate a multi-sensory experience. During the plant sit, participants will each be given an anonymous flower essence or tincture. Then they will take time to be with the plant, not knowing the plants' name. Participants are encouraged to enter a receptive state and listen deeply to the plant's wisdom. In between each plant sit we will come back together and share what came up for us. Each plant sit will be about 15 minutes, followed by sharing for 10 minutes. Each participant will have the opportunity to do 4-6 plant sits during our time together. We will meet outdoors at the VCIH gardens and will move indoors if it rains. Please bring blankets and pillows to make yourself and others comfortable.
