"Lights for Liberty" Vigil Friday, July 12

Lights for Liberty: A Vigil to End Human Detention Camps (www.lightsforliberty.org) will bring together thousands of Americans across the country to protest the in humane conditions faced by refugees and asylum seekers. A leader from Migrant Justice will be featured among a small number of speakers leading up to the candlelight vigil. Burlington's event will be held at:
152 Pearl St, in front of the Unitarian Universalist Society, (top of Church St.)
It is hosted by Vermont Interfaith Action in collaboration with local grassroots organizing groups.
This is a completely volunteer-led effort. Invite your friends, and bring your own candles.
