Working Through Wishes - Live Stream Event

Welcoming all caregivers, neighbors, and anyone interested in exploring their own end-of-life preferences!
Just as birth doulas help pregnant clients create labor and delivery wishes, an end-of-life doula can support people as they consider their preferences for living fully and dying well. We'll cover strategies that will prepare you to assist clients as they consider and craft their plans, as well as spend time on introspective contemplation.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will cover:
*A Heart-Centering Exercise
*Holding Space, Safe Space
*"Special Place" Visualization
*Compassion in Action
*Equanimity and Stability
*End-of-Life Wishes (templates and options)
We'll work through these approaches ourselves first, and then cover how to offer them to clients/patients/loved ones.
