Author Kimberly C. Paul and her Live Well Die Well Tour will visit Hinesburg for a free talk and book signing at Carpenter-Carse Library!
Attendees are invited to live vicariously through Kimberly Paul as she shares personal stories and the life lessons she has learned while working with hospice patients over the last 18 years. Each chapter of Bridging the Gap inspires readers to design their own life and death around what matters most. Kimberly's stories emphasize that death and dying are not taboo subjects and encourage light-hearted conversations about facing one's own death or the passing of a loved one. This innovative and uplifting book is an invitation to move beyond the current standards of what death has come to mean in our culture. Bridging the Gap will empower readers to regard death not as a final destination but a transcendental beginning.
Kimberly Paul wants to radically change the way people face end of life, and she's using her extensive experience as a storyteller to do just that. From the set of Saturday Night Live in New York City, to casting for CBS daytime, Kimberly has spent the last 17 years telling a very different kind of story. As Vice President of Outreach and Communications for a local hospice on the coast of North Carolina, she used a myriad of award-winning marketing strategies to share real stories about death and dying and the keys to making every moment matter.
