UVM Top Cats Concert March 21

Past event
Mar 21, 2014

The UVM Top Cats will perform a benefit show for Medlife on Friday, March 21, 8 pm (7:30 doors open), at the Billings Library (next to Ira Allen Chapel). Tickets are $10 general admission; $5 students.

Medlife seeks to provide medicine, education, and development to people living in rural areas of Ecuador, Peru and Panama where access to care is extremely limited. Medlife provides short term relief in the form of one to two week long trips where students set up health clinics in rural villages. UVM students have a chapter on campus and spend school breaks working in the clinics and mobile clinics.

The UVM Top Cats, the 13-member men's a cappella group, has four talented local singers: Owen Rachampbell (Huntington), Michael Lawler (Richmond), Zach Barden (Williston) and Billy McSalis (St. George).

This event will also have sandwiches for sale ($5) by FeelGood Sandwiches. And, Peruvian scarves for sale ($15).
