Have you ever been to Extempo, Central Vermont's storytelling series? Join us Friday July 12, at Espresso Bueno in downtown Barre (248 North Main Street) . Admission is FREE and the event is a 'greatest hits' show, featuring a dozen best loved stories by: Anne Ferguson, Kevin Gallagher, Linda Kelly, Josie Leavitt, Julia Lynam, John Mascitti, Dennis McSorley, Joanna Meyer, Linda Quinlan, Bobby Stoddard, & Bill Torrey! All stories are short-format, true, & told from first-person perspective, live without notes or reading. This year, storytellers will be raising money for End the Backlog, so please bring cash or check to VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE story. Join us for an evening of guaranteed crowdpleasers for a very worthy cause.

- FREE admission, but bring your $5s, $10s, a $20, or a check to vote with and raise money for End the Backlog, a non-profit that helps jurisdictions with untested physical evidence in sexual-assault cases. (NB: Stories told at this event are NOT thematic to the cause.)
