Fourth of July Weekend FOLA will screen the British Comedy Drama Romance "Finding Your Feet" in the in the Heald Auditorium at the Ludlow Town Hall on Saturday July 6th at 7pm.

"Finding Your Feet" is a British film released in the UK in 2017 and in the US in 2018. It is directed by Richard Loncraine and written by Meg Leonard and Nick Moorcroft. Imelda Staunton plays the lead role of Lady Sandra Abbot, who learns that her husband of forty years is having an affair with her best friend, which forces her head to London to find refuge with her distant and older sister Bif (played by Celia Imrie). The two sisters are an odd couple, with stark differences in the ways of mannerisms and ways of life; Bif drags Sandra to community dancing class to help get her younger sister back on her feet and things blossom from there.

"Finding Your Feet" features a fine ensemble of British actors including Timothy Spall, Joanna Lumley, and David Hayman. Jeannette Catsoulis described the film in the New York Times as "Comfort food for the young at heart, Richard Loncraine's "Finding Your Feet" is as cozy as old slippers and as familiar as the British character actors who populate its London locations." "Finding Your Feet" is free and open to open to everyone, but donations are appreciated. The movie is rated "PG-13" and it runs for one hour and fifty-one minutes. Berkshire Bank will provide the popcorn with FOLA supplying water. Call 802-228-3238 or visit FOLA's web site - www.fola.us.
