The annual community beach party is here. Here are the details. First and foremost it is FREE and no tax dollars were used so thanks to our many fine locals sponsors.
Date: Saturday 7/13 Rain date: Sunday 7/14
Time: 4-8 pm
FREE admission with pot luck to share. FREE parking 4-8 pm. FREE BBQ Misty Knoll Chicken & Fat Cow Farm Burgers. Stony Loam greens & Adams Berry Farm dessert. Live music with the Mystic Party Band. Suncommon Solar Bouncy House and all beach amenities.
Some fine print:
Did I mention it is FREE? Yes with a potluck donation. No potluck, please come and consider a $5.00+ donation. Please BYOB, and your own cups, utensils and plates. The beach is carry in/carry out so please take all trash with you. Chairs will make you much more comfortable. No dogs. The docks are in so the swimming will be great. Dinner will be served starting at 6 pm by Dale & Vanessa of Mow, Mow, Mow, but lots of fun before that.
Any town commissions or representatives are welcome to set up an info table, let me know if a table is required.
This is a casual, fun, free event and everyone is welcome. Come meet your neighbors, share a meal and a beverage in our gorgeous waterfront park. If anyone has anything they think might add to the event or wish to share, please let me know.
