Join us for a humorous review of a famous, but virtually unknown, Vermonter, Edward Phelps, who caused an ongoing stir in Essex Junction after missing his train to Boston. Meet us at Memorial Hall on Towers Road at the intersection of Routes 15 & 128 in Essex, Wednesday, July 10, at 7 p.m. Free admission and light refreshments will be served.
