I have been doing workshops for children and adults of my program to uplift and empower through a unique combination of mindfulness,meditation, song and dance. I have written the songs with words to help with self love and connection. The show is multigenerational-for the child in all of us!
Come,bring your children or grandchildren or just yourself and play along with us!
