FREE UNIVERSITY OF GUILFORD

This Sunday, June 30th, 2019
Noon – 6pm with a potluck dinner to follow
at the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Rd, Guilford
Free!

Come participate in a fun community education experience! You might call it a skill share. Or a learning exchange. Or neighbors teaching neighbors. We are calling it the Free University of Guilford. From noon to 6pm there will be a series of workshops, demonstrations, and discussions led by local residents on a broad range of topics (see course listing below!). These are not necessarily experts, but they are interested in these subjects and have something to share. And some of them ARE experts too! Activities for all ages will be offered throughout the day, with a couple things to choose from at any given time. Stay for the whole day or come and go as is convenient. No sign-ups required. At the end of the day, we will come together around the dinner table for a community potluck and reflect on how it all went. Bring a dish to share for dinner if you can. Come marvel at all this community has to offer!
