Pandit Deobrat Mishra, acclaimed musician and master of sitar will be presenting a concert of North Indian classical music on July 5th at The Railyard Apothecary at 730 PM. Deobrat is a 12th generation musician and son of the legendary Pandit Shivnath Mishra, of Varanasi, India. Deobrat will be accompanied by his nephew Prashant Mishra on tabla, who is a young virtuoso on the instrument. Deobrat has toured internationally for decades and founded the academy of Indian classical music in Varanasi where he lives.
