Stories Under the Hump at the Huntington Town Hall

Past event
Jul 12, 2019, 7:30 PM

The Huntington Town Hall Committee hosts "Stories Under the Hump" Friday, July 12 at 7:30pm. This "The Moth" type event (not a contest) gives people a chance to tell their stories from the upstairs stage in the Town Hall. If you're not into public speaking, please come be entertained and support your friends & neighbors.

We are looking for Storytellers now. Speakers should have a true-to-you story of up to 6 minutes. The subject matter is broad & open to interpretation - funny, sad, inspirational, instructive, & so on - just tell something from your heart or your experience. Please e-mail me to sign-up to tell your story. Spaces are limited.

Admission and light snacks are by donation. Proceeds benefit Arts activities at the Huntington Town Hall.

Thank you.
