Sat., June 29th - Waterbury's FIREWORKS spectacular
Come one – come all……to the most spectacular fireworks display in the Green Mountains of Vermont. After a full day of NQID (Not-Quite-Independence-Day) festivities HOSTED by the Rotary Club of Waterbury, join the Waterbury Community in anticipation of the anniversary of the historic date, July 4th, 1776, in the history of America when the Continental Congress approved the final text of the Declaration of Independence, the birth of the United States of America. History is written that our country's independence was formally declared on July 2, 1776, a date when John Adams completed the declaration text which was formally approved by the Continental Congress on July 4th and then signed on August 2, 1776.
Come by car, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates, strollers, wheelchairs, and by foot to the State of Vermont Office Complex parking area where there is plenty of parking for all and grass area for your spot to place blankets and lawn chairs to watch the spectacular display. Follow the direction signs which will be placed along South Main Street in Downtown Waterbury.
This event is free to the public. The site is provided by the State of Vermont Office Complex and the FIREWORKS display by the residents of Town of Waterbury. Donations will be accepted throughout the festivities by your NQID Celebration HOST, the Rotary Club of Waterbury.
