I wanted to let you know that the premier of my Facebook Live Show,You Are A Soul Song, is happening tomorrow night;Weds.June 26th at 7pm EST

I have been doing workshops of You Are a Soul Song, at Catamount,schools,retreats and as a speaker for groups for four years.They have been for for children and adults and uplift and empower through a unique combination of mindfulness,meditation, song and dance. I have written the songs with words to help with self love and connection. The show is multigenerational-for the child in all of us!
Come,bring your children or grandchildren and play along with us!
