The LEAGUE of WOMEN VOTERS (LWV) invites you to march with us in Montpelier's July 3rd Parade!!! We are VERY excited about our 2019 LWV parade entry for Montpelier's Independence Day celebration! Last year we had a terrific turnout and won second prize.
This year is going to be just as much FUN. We will be waving banners, flying patriotic windsocks on 6 foot poles, shaking tambourines, carrying activist signs, and giving out CANDY!
The theme for 2019 is: VOTE LIKE YOUR RIGHTS DEPEND ON IT! So come join us, bring a friend, your spouse, the kids, and family members! The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government since 1920.
