July 13th's Ride for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta will be here in no time at all!
Join us to support Camp Ta-Kum-Ta's year-round programming for Vermont and New York kids who have or have had cancer and their families.
If you haven't yet, you can register, recruit friends, and start fundraising by visiting www.takumta.org . Create your own fundraising page with pictures and share it on social media (be sure to tag Camp Ta-Kum-Ta to help get the word out). Everyone who registers for the event receives a free t-shirt, Southern BBQ Lunch at Camp Ta-Kum-Ta in South Hero, and is entered into a raffle to win great prizes.
ALSO, raffle tickets are available for purchase ($100) for you (and your friends) to have a chance to win one of 3 great raffle prizes – an ATV, a John Deere Gator, or $5,000… Buy your tickets when you register, give us a call in the office (802.372.5863) or email dan@takumta.org. The drawing will be at 12 pm on the day of the event. You don't need to be present to win. Don't wait! Tickets are selling FAST!
Starting locations include Green Mountain Harley in Essex, Roadside Motorsports in Williston, Wilkins Harley Davidson in South Barre, and Lake City Choppers in Plattsburgh. All locations will meet at R.R. Charlebois in Milton for a police escort to Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.
Don't own a motorcycle and want to participate? No problem! Register as a Virtual Rider. Raffle tickets are available to anyone regardless of registration.
