Combine a focused Feldenkrais session to improve mobility and body awareness with a walk or other "functional" session to practice new skills. Meet Thursday, June 27 at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center Dining Hall - wear comfortable clothes and prepare to walk outdoors, even in a light rain! $5 per person or pay with an Outdoor center program punch card.
