Alexander Hamilton, as Washington's "right hand man", negotiated Ethan's release as POW and welcomed him back from captivity and arranged a cavalry escort for him to Valley Forge. As son-in-law of Philip Schuyler and law clerk under James Duane, Hamilton had plenty of Vermont connections. Join us as acclaimed biographer Willard Sterne Randall presents on Alexander Hamilton and his connections to Vermont and Ethan Allen with excerpts from the musical!
