"Mi vida, mi voz" meaning "My life, my voice" is a weekend storytelling and writing workshop for Vermont youth, geared towards Vermont migrant youth whose families work in agriculture, but not exclusive to them. All middle and high schoolers are welcome, grade 7th to 12th. The purpose is to provide them with an opportunity for written and spoken expression. This workshop will connect Vermonters from across the state and would be a safe space to explore social issues through a sharing of our perspectives, identities, and what connects us as human beings. The children will share their stories of self-expression and identity. For sign-up and more information please contact Lena at LenaAshooh@cvsdvt.org
