Learn how to take a simple bread and dress it up to impress your friends and family at a focaccia workshop with Randy George of Red Hen Baking Co. on Sunday, July 7th from 1:00PM to 5:00 PM at Rise Up Bakery, behind the Old Labor Hall in Barre. Randy will share key tips about making a good dough and baking that dough to create the basis for a meal unto itself. Everyone will make their own focaccia to take home.
