New York Times bestselling author and fermentation revivalist Sandor Katz will offer a free public talk at Sterling College on the "Art of Fermentation," Wednesday, June 26 at 7 p.m. in the 1958 Room, Simpson Hall, 1322 N. Craftsbury Rd.
A self-taught experimentalist who lives in rural Tennessee, his explorations in fermentation developed out of overlapping interests in cooking, nutrition, and gardening.
