On Tuesday April 1 from 6-7:30pm in the Twinspace at the school, the Twinfield Spanish trip will host a cardio dance event led by Julie Shedd.
Those attending will enjoy an hour-and-a-half of following dance routines set to latin and popular music. Healthy for your heart, healthy for your mind, and a fun way to support a good cause--no prior experience necessary. Designed particularly for high school and adult participants.
This can be fun for all abilities--move the entire time or take breaks for rest or water as needed.
Raffle tickets will be for sale during the event and a mini-silent auction.
Tickets are $10 for adults or $8 for students if purchased ahead.
Adult tickets will be $15 at the door and students will be $10.
ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT THE TWINFIELD STUDENTS TRAVELING TO MEXICO THIS SPRING!
