Even a dragon needs a home! We'll start by learning ways to hand build with clay Beginning with pinching it into shape with fingers, rolling it into long tubes called coils and flattening it into slabs using a rolling pin. Now, you're ready to create a creature and build your creature its very own home! Your creature can be anything you want -- from your own pet dog or cat to a made up, fantasy animal like a dragon or unicorn or deep sea creature that's never been seen before. Materials fee (clay, glaze & kiln firing) to the instructor at the first class: $15 each.
