The Northfield Select Board will hold a Site Visit on Union Brook Road on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, starting at 6:00 p.m. Those attending the Site Visit will meet first at the road's intersection with Bean Road and Hallstrom Road. After some brief stops, the Site Visit will conclude at the former Northfield Village boundary line where Union Brook Road becomes Union Street. The Town Select Board is holding this Site Visit as a prelude to starting the process of holding a public bond vote to authorize obtaining funds to fully reconstruct and repave the entire length of Union Brook Road. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend the Site Visit but are asked to please carpool in order to reduce possible road congestion.
