Have you ever walked a labyrinth? Unlike a maze, it has no confusing paths or dead ends. It provides one pathway to the center and back out again. A labyrinth is a circular pattern found in many cultures dating back over 5,000 years. Today they are used to quiet the mind, relieve stress and encourage creativity. They are open to all people as an interfaith cross-cultural blueprint for wellbeing. Labyrinths can be found in parks, schools, churches, spas, hospitals and retreat centers as well as in people's back yards. Join us to learn more about the history of labyrinths, how to walk one and the benefits to communities and schools. We'll have an update on plans to create a labyrinth in Stowe Village. This meeting is free and open to all. For more information 892-253-1942.
