The Friends of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail (LVRT) announce our first annual Fun Walk and Ride in Morrisville, Hyde Park, and Johnson. Please join us.

Earn money for the LVRT by picking up a pledge form, pledging money to walk or ride, and encouraging others to pledge to you.

Pledge forms are available now in Morrisville at Power Play Sports, Chuck's Bikes, Riverbend Market, and MoCo.

Bring your completed pledge forms and donations to Morrisville on Saturday, June 15 (at the Oxbow--10:00-2:00) or Hyde Park or Johnson on Sunday, June 16.

All proceeds go directly to the construction of the LVRT and are matched 4:1 by the Vermont Agency of Transportation..

The Fun Ride celebrates the 33 miles of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail already completed. We also want to educate riders and supporters about the work needed to complete the full 93 mile Trail running from St. Johnsbury to Swanton.

The LVRT is a project of Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST), which manages the rail-trail on behalf of the State of Vermont.
