Healthier Lifestyle to Prevent T2

Small changes = BIG success.

This program is open to anyone who is ready to make a change. Weight loss can be challenging and we are here to help. A trained lifestyle coach will provide weekly (PRIVATE) weigh-ins and 24 sessions of lifestyle change information.

Please consider this program if you:
-Have been told by your doctor you have PRE Diabetes (A1C of 5.7%-6.4% [Blood Test])
-Are overweight
-Don't get enough exercise
-Have high blood pressure
-Have abnormal cholesterol
-Have a parent, brother, or sister with diabetes

Beginning Monday, September 30th, 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Rochester Ranger Station, 99 Ranger Road, Rochester 05767
