Have you ever walked a labyrinth? Unlike a maze, it has no confusing paths or dead ends. It provides one pathway to the center and back out again. It is an ancient circular pattern found in many cultures dating back over 5000 years. Today they are used to quiet the mind, relieve stress, and to encourage self-reflection and creativity. They are open to all people as an interfaith, cross-cultural blueprint for wellbeing. Labyrinths can be found in parks, schools, churches, hospitals, spas and retreat centers, as well as in people's back yards. Join us to learn more about the history of labyrinths, how to walk one, and the benefit to local communities. We will have an update about plans to build a labyrinth in the Stowe Village.
