Please join us for a fun afternoon filled with information, plus a BBQ lunch at The Residence at Otter Creek. This free public event is presented in partnership with Addison County Home Health & Hospice, and features Community partners sharing information and resources ranging from navigating your healthcare and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, to planning your finances and staying connected socially.

There will be health screenings, interactive displays, art workshops, Tai Chi demos, door prize raffles, and lots of takeaways. ACTR is providing RT transportation from Armory Lane in Vergennes (11:15 am pickup), The Commons in Middlebury (11:45 am pickup) and The Meadows in Middlebury (11:50 am pickup). Please come and learn about the many resources available to Seniors in Addison County.
