No experience necessary! The Pilates exercise method involves low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize the abdominals, the lower back, the hips, and thighs. In this class, we will be using the reformer and foam rollers and other props. Space is limited to only 6 students, please call the desk at Shelburne Athletic Club 985-4410 to sign up in order to guarantee yourself a spot in the class. You don't need to be a member to take this class. Come and give it a try, you will be glad you did!
