The agenda includes time for discussion of Form Based Zoning (FBZ)—including a presentation on behalf of a property owner interested in pursuing a FBZ project. Because it was planned for discussion at the last meeting but not addressed, what has been called a "Clean up amendment' to Comprehensive Plan is also included on the agenda.
